Ms. Rajnauth’s multifaceted experience is rooted in Consultancy in the areas of Human Resource Management, Project and Event Management and the marketing and logistical arrangements for training programmes.
She held management positions at Clico Investment Bank and Agricultural Development Bank. She reengineered the administrative and marketing framework at Eastern Industrial Relations Consultants and was part of a change management team at Dykon Developments Ltd.
Ms. Rajnauth has successfully completed projects for United Nations Development Fund (UNDP), United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (UN ECLAC), National AIDS Coordinating Committee and UN AIDS. She held positions as a Part-Time Lecturer at Cipriani College of Labour and Cooperative Studies and ROYTEC.
Ms. Rajnauth holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, University of Reading.
